On the 19th, Ruentex Group held a group-wide blood donation campaign, inviting both employees and the general public to join. This initiative is yet another concrete action by Ruentex Group to put its commitment to social responsibility into practice. Subsidiaries including Ruentex Engineering & Construction, Ruentex Development, Ruentex Industries, Ruentex Materials, Ruentex Interior Design, and the Shu-Tien Urological & Ophthalmological Clinic under the Yin Shu-Tien Medical Foundation all actively took part, rolling up their sleeves to contribute and encouraging colleagues across the Group to support one another and help those in need through action.
Ruentex Group has long been dedicated to advancing sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. In environmental protection, the Group actively promotes green building, with all new projects applying for Green Building certification and incorporating low-carbon construction methods and materials to reduce carbon emissions during construction and operation. In social responsibility, the Group emphasizes diversity and equal opportunities, offering benefits such as childbirth subsidies and menstrual leave, while also introducing digital Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to provide holistic support for employees’ physical and mental well-being.
During the campaign, a blood donation station was set up at the Group’s headquarters, supported by a professional medical team to ensure the safety and comfort of every donor. To express appreciation for their generosity, Ruentex Group also prepared special gifts for all participants who contributed to this meaningful cause.
